The rooms were not cleaned properly and lacked replenished toiletries, but being wheelchair accessible with a pull-out sofa was a plus. The service was hit and miss; some staff were helpful and sympathetic, but others did not seem empowered to handle issues effectively. The dining options were not included, but the smoked guinea fowl was a standout dish. Overall, a mixed experience with potential for improvement.
